Well, I hate to say it, but this is the first Vertex match I have ever found genuinely disappointing. The SoCal Wrecking Crew are among my personal favorite athletes on the Vertex roster and I was really excited to see Li'l Bully back in action. This would have made an absolutely awesome squash, but instead there's a lot of back-and-forth that strains credulity...leading to a true buzzkill of an ending. I could see Li'l Bully losing to Mighty Mongo or Big Tex, maybe, but to watch him basically jobbed out to this skinny little twerp? Nah. Fans want The SoCal Wrecking Crew to DOMINATE the action, whether in a solo match or a tag-team bout. When we see a return to more plausible outcomes, you can count on five-star reviews from me.
